Since knitting soakers became monotonous, KimberlyR came into fruition. She is inspired by vintage designs as well as the color combinations found in nature. When not dyeing yarn, knitting or designing, she is reading or cooking.

ORDER STATUS:

The size and complexity of your order will determine the length of time the order takes to complete and ship. I will quote you a turnaround time and expected shipment date at the time of your order. Any delays that occur will be promptly communicated and you may always check the progress of your order on the "Order Status" web page you will be sent when your order is placed.

SHIPPING:

I prefer to ship priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance to cover lost packages or damage during the shipping process, please let me know. I will email you once I have shipped with your delivery information. I can and will ship internationally.

I ship every weekday unless there is a national holiday.

RETURNS:

I hope to keep each of my customers happy. I am willing to repair items that you feel are faulty. I cannot, however, accept returns on used items. Custom made items cannot be returned for refunds, however, I will repair or fix any items you feel are faulty. I would prefer to keep the lines of communication open with you and resolve any issues personally.
